Our Care Commitment to You

As we all slowly return to activities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, G&M Medical Center remains committed to your safety and well-being whenever you come to any of our facilities – either as a patient or a visitor. At the outset of this health crisis, we implemented a broad range of safety precautions, and those measures remain in effect.

There are new safety standards to enter the G&M Medical Center Facility

You must complete the COVID screening form within 24hours of your appointment. A text message will be sent with a link to complete the screening. It MUST be completed prior to your appointment. 

  • Everyone who enters a G&M Medical Center  must wear a mask or face covering.

  • Please maintain social distance (at least 6 feet apart).

  • Wash your hands or use our hand sanitizer station upon entering.

  • You must complete a temperature and symptom screening:

  • Do you have a fever or chills, shortness of breath, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea?

  • You must not have a fever. Your body temperature must be under 100° F.

  • Only the person with the appointment should enter. If possible 1 adult per child. If you must accompany, we kindly ask that you utilize our tropical atrium in order to keep the lobby within 6 ft guidelines.
