Our Care Commitment to You
As we all slowly return to activities affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, G&M Medical Center remains committed to your safety and well-being whenever you come to any of our facilities – either as a patient or a visitor. At the outset of this health crisis, we implemented a broad range of safety precautions, and those measures remain in effect.
There are new safety standards to enter the G&M Medical Center Facility
You must complete the COVID screening form within 24hours of your appointment. A text message will be sent with a link to complete the screening. It MUST be completed prior to your appointment.
Everyone who enters a G&M Medical Center must wear a mask or face covering.
Please maintain social distance (at least 6 feet apart).
Wash your hands or use our hand sanitizer station upon entering.
You must complete a temperature and symptom screening:
Do you have a fever or chills, shortness of breath, cough, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea?
You must not have a fever. Your body temperature must be under 100° F.
Only the person with the appointment should enter. If possible 1 adult per child. If you must accompany, we kindly ask that you utilize our tropical atrium in order to keep the lobby within 6 ft guidelines.
